Public records belong on the public site.
Justice for Gina separates public delivery from private evidence preservation. Google Drive or another private archive may preserve source material, but public visitors will not be sent there to access published records.
Restricted originals
Medical, graphic, sealed, privileged, unredacted, and private records remain outside the public site and receive no public storage link.
Controlled review
Qualified attorneys, investigators, journalists, and retained experts may request controlled access through a documented review process.
No hidden dependency
Public pages must not rely on a private Drive permission, expiring link, login, embedded private viewer, or undisclosed third-party host.
RELEASE GATES
A source becomes public only after every gate is satisfied.
Identity and provenance
File identity, source class, version, origin, acquisition date, and relationship to the claim are recorded.
Redaction and authority
Addresses, birth dates, signatures, account details, medical information, third-party data, and publication authority are reviewed.
Accurate public framing
Official facts, allegations, expert opinions, sworn statements, unresolved questions, and court findings are labeled separately.
Migration rule: Existing public Drive viewers are withdrawn immediately. They are replaced by local evidence pages first, then by locally served redacted source files when the file-level release review is complete.
GRAPHIC AND MEDICAL MATERIAL
Approval to preserve is not automatic approval to expose.
Graphic imagery and full medical records are excluded from search indexing, homepage promotion, social previews, and ordinary public browsing. Where a legitimate public-interest need exists, a non-graphic summary or narrowly redacted derivative is preferred. Controlled access remains available for qualified review.
